Post Incident Analysis Reviews

Incidents occur on many levels throughout the workplace daily, some require minor reviews and policy corrections, while more significant incidents demand a critical review from impartial parties to identify gaps and provide resolutions. The ProCon Excellence Team offers a unique and highly valuable perspective with years of experience, diversity of rank and culture within urban and rural department environments.

Leveraging specific expertise from each team member, ProCon will approach your post-incident analysis from a multitude of angles. While Identifying the underlying cause is key, considering the frontline response pressures, inter/intra-department synergy (ex. Fire Department and Emergency Communications Center) and technological/resource limitations are contributing factors to be analyzed and evaluated. The ProCon analysis consists of the following stages:

Phase I – Discovery
Phase II - Analysis
Phase III – Report Findings & Final Outcomes

The final report provides specific outcomes and identifies organizational action items, defined by S.M.A.R.T. Goals, and detailed objectives for moving the organization forward and restoring community confidence.
